Every day, more than 400 students walk through our doors to learn mathematics and science, language and history — and to memorize Qur’ān, study Arabic, and grow in character and faith. As Suffolk County’s first and largest Islamic school, and its only Islamic high school, MDQ Academy is a community built and sustained by families like yours.
Tuition alone does not cover the true cost of this education. Your support closes that gap: it funds tuition assistance for families in need, keeps our facilities safe and welcoming, equips our educators with the resources they deserve, and opens doors to programs our students would otherwise never experience.

Two bright, gym-grade projectors and a large screen will turn our gymnasium into a true multi-purpose space — for assemblies, Jumu'ah and lectures, presentations, movie and game nights, and whole-school events that simply don't fit anywhere else.
A fully equipped science lab where our students can run real experiments, not just read about them — with modern lab benches and safety equipment, microscopes, chemistry and physics apparatus, and the materials that bring biology, chemistry, and physics to life from middle school through our Regents courses.

Yes. Square emails a receipt immediately after every online donation. For Zelle or mailed gifts, contact the school office and we will gladly send you a written acknowledgment.
Absolutely — choose Monthly in the donation box and your gift will repeat automatically each month. Monthly giving provides the steady support that lets us plan ahead for our students, and you can cancel at any time.
Yes. Use “Designate your gift” in the donation box to give directly to the Gym Projectors & Screen or Science Lab project — 100% of a designated gift goes to that project. Gifts marked “where it's needed most” are applied wherever the need is greatest.
